Tha fact I have to pay and give a credit card # to speak to someone is unethical and a scam.
I will never buy your product again and only bad mouth it to others!

I wanted to get replacement lids and don't know how to purchase them anywhere else. But through the company, they led me through an entire question period and then we're going to charge me $5 to chat

It's poor customer service if you can't talk to anyone on the phone and get any help unless you pay for it

Giving the company a rating of 1, due to the lack of customer service response. I called on Friday-got an automated message saying they were closed, then proceeded to say call back during business hours, which were Monday-Friday. Hmm...explain that one.

I called support because a bowl that was placed in the microwave actually changed the shape of the bowl and have heard nothing back from support after sending pictures and all necessary information.
